We are a community and strategic practice for
builders and dreamers making their own way.

Building something on your own is rewarding, but it can also be foggy, overwhelming, and isolating. Some days you need a sounding board. Some days you need grounding. Some days you just need to hear "me too.”Hearsight is a community for people building something of their own — or hoping to. Whether you have an idea you haven't started yet or something you've been at for years, this is a place to find your people, get perspective, and feel a little less alone in it.

Monthly gatherings — online and in person — for builders and dreamers to connect, share, learn, and grow.

Clarity and a path forward for anyone with an idea to pursue or a challenge in something you've already built.
I help side hustlers, small business owners, and people wanting to start something new, navigate the messy, rewarding work of building on their own terms.Whether you're still figuring out your idea, just getting off the ground, or navigating real challenges in something you've already built — I bring strategic thinking, honest perspective, and the kind of support that makes the whole thing feel a little more possible.

I've spent over a decade in design strategy, product management, and business development, helping organizations think through complex problems and figure out what to build next. I've also run a volunteer community of over 4,000 members, and I run my own reselling business on the side. Because I'm a builder too.Recently, I started noticing a pattern. People around me who were talented, resourceful, and driven, were leaving traditional jobs or getting pushed out. Tech layoffs. Nonprofit burnout. Shrinking roles. The rise of AI reshaping entire industries. Many of them landed in independence: freelancing, starting practices, launching side projects, piecing together income streams. And most felt like they were figuring it out completely alone. No clear roadmap, no peer group, no affordable support that actually fit their scale. Here's what I believe: this is the future of work for many of us, whether we choose it or not. More people will find themselves navigating independence in the years ahead. They deserve the same quality of strategic thinking and community that large organizations take for granted. Just made human-sized. Approachable. Real. That's why I created Hearsight, as both a community and a practice.
